2020 Session Records Review

The 2020 Session Records review will be via ZOOM this year due to Covid-19 precautions.  You can join via computer, tablet, or call on the phone.  Please fill out the Minutes Review Form and have it available when you attend one of our scheduled sessions.  [Note: This is a "fillable" PDF form.  You can print it like any other document to fill out by hand or you download it to your computer and open it in PDF reader software (not in your web browser), you can fill it out electronically, save the file, and email it.]  The clerk for each church will be your own reviewer this year.  More instructions are on the form. 

The scheduled Minutes Review sessions for 2020 are:

  • Tuesday October 13th at 7:00 pm on ZOOM
  • Tuesday October 20th at 9:00 am on ZOOM
  • Thursday October 29th at 2:00 pm on ZOOM
  • Saturday October 31st at 10:00 am on ZOOM

Another session can be added if needed. 

Zoom instructions will be emailed to all the Clerks of Session.  Please contact the Stated Clerks or the Presbytery office if you did not receive one.

Please let the Presbytery office or the Stated Clerks know which session you are planning to attend so we know who we're expecting. Thank you.

The Annual Church Statistical Reports on-line Portal will be open as of Friday December 4, 2020.  Statistical Reports are due by Monday February 8, 2021.  If you have any questions working the on-line portal, please let Christine or one of the co-clerks know and we would be happy to help you.

2020 Pastor Compensation Forms

The 2020 Pastor Compensation forms are now available online under the Resource page under Policies and Procedures.  You can click here to be taken there directly.  This year there are separate forms for full time vs part time and manse vs housing allowance.  There are pdf or word versions available.
